Who Needs Excuses?

I love to eat Xocai chocolate simply because it’s delicious!
In my opinion, you don't need an "excuse" to eat it; if you like it, and don't go overboard with it, then it's perfectly fine! Of course, knowing that it could potentially be healthy for you is encouraging as well. So many things these days are artificial and processed.
And if you want to go and snack on carrots, well good for you! I personally would rather have something sweet though, like chocolate. So hey, even if people don't know how healthy it is for sure, it's probably not going to hurt much more than eating junk food.
I sometimes have some chocolate when I get home, and I suppose you could say its “rewarding me” for “my” hard work!
After a long day, it’s nice to relax a little and eat something I enjoy. It helps me unwind and can add a little spark of happiness into the evening. But then, I wouldn’t say that I have a specific “reward” system. In general, I think that it’s a nice quick bite to have anytime I’m looking for a special something to add to the day.
As for what others think, well it’s just chocolate! I don’t see any reason to secretly snack on it, nor avoid their questioning. After all, there’s nothing bad about having some potentially healthy chocolate. In fact, I might even go so far as to share some with them (but not from my “private reserve!).
In general, I would say that I don’t have any specific reason for eating Xocai chocolate. I don’t personally think that eating it is enough to make me 10x healthier. I think perhaps, though, that there might be some small effects that could help. Since it’s something I enjoy that could have some good side benefits, then I’m all for it!
