Mona Vie Scam Debunking the Myth

If you’ve heard about acai, you’ve heard of Mona Vie; and the countless Mona Vie scam rumors.

It can be difficult, with today’s unlimited sources of acai information, to filter through the endless information available to us and determine what’s true and what is not.  And when it comes to a new discovery with huge potential implications, such as the acai berry, it can get downright exasperating!

So this article will get to the bottom of one of the most controversial topics regarding the acai berry; whether the opinions of a Mona Vie scam are true or not.

But in order to do this, we have to address two topics, because they are often intertwined; whether Mona Vie’s product is a scam, and whether Mona Vie as a company is a scam. 

Are Mona Vie’s acai products a scam?  Mona Vie makes no secret that their acai juice blend is not made of 100% pure acai juice. The list of Mona Vie ingredients includes the fruit juices of 18 other fruits (in addition to the acai berry).  Mona Vie’s philosophy on this is as follows: nature has given us hundreds of extremely healthy fruits and vegetables, each with their own benefits and designed to meet certain health needs.  Is it really wise to ignore the bountiful supply of body-beneficial fruits for the sake of just one? 

Monovie believes that we need a balance of all of the top nutrients offered in the most nutritious foods.  Some people believe that this makes a Mona Vie scam.  However, Mona Vie does not claim to be 100% pure acai juice, unlike many other acai berry products on the market.  Mona Vie is upfront and honest about their ingredients and the reasoning behind it.  How in the world is this a scam?

Critics would be better off exposing the countless products for sale that are made with low quality acai, or spray dried acai (a process which cooks out and evaporates all of the nutrients of the acai berry, leaving it useless). Mona Vie uses only freeze-dried acai, which is a process that preserves the nutrients of the acai.

Is Mona Vie, as a company, a scam?  The other Mona Vie scam rumor is that the company itself is a scam.  Critics claim that not only is Mona Vie a multi-level marketing (MLM) company, but that nobody makes any money at it.

Again. Mona Vie does not hide the fact that it is an MLM. It is proud to claim 70,000 plus people as distributors for the company, and is upfront and honest about the process. The catch is, being a distributor, just as any sales job in the world, takes a lot of hard work, dedication, and a little bit of creativity and business savvy. Some people have found great success at selling Mona Vie. Others haven’t.

The people who claim that Mona Vie is a scam are most likely people who believed they could make millions of dollars with very little effort.  When they find out that they can’t do that with Mona Vie, they label it a scam.

So let’s put the Mona Vie scam rumors to rest. Mona Vie is nothing other than what it openly claims to be; a successful company selling a high-quality product that may, potentially, improve your quality of life and at the very least, your health.  Now you decide for yourself; is that your definition of a scam?
