All the way to Oprah diet misquotes about acai berry weight loss potential but very few mention that there is some information missing such as eating a healthy diet plan which also includes some form of exercise.
While this miracle fruit called acai has many positive side effects of acai, there is also a lot of good information and acai berry research that has been done, is currently under review and much more that modern science is only beginning to understand in terms of the benefits of the acai berry.
Personally, we just like the taste of acai fruit juice smoothie and it being full of health benefits is just...a BENEFIT!

The health benefits of acai berries range from the taste just being good for the soul (acai fruit juice smoothie) to use as part of a host of new diet trends that help people lose weight and is allegedly part of the “Oprah diet plan” and because it is rich in monounsaturated fats, omega fatty acids, beta-sitosterol and many other nutrients the benefits of acai berries may (and I say may) also help boost or support many of the other body system functions such as contributing to fighting heart disease, high blood pressure, hypertension, helping the immune system defend against the more serious medical issues.
Keep in mind that this acai berry information is not medically researched and the acai berry research is not full or complete and you should always consult a professional for most if not all medical issues. Acai berries are more potent than most other fruits like goji berries and compared to some fruits, ten times stronger!
